Website content does not replace or amend proposals, Statements of Work, contracts, purchase orders or other commercial agreements made with clients. In the event of conflict, the agreement specifically made between the parties prevails.

The texts, design, logos, the CloudFM Solutions and FieldProof brands, images and other content of the website belong to CloudFM Solutions or to their respective owners and are protected by law.

You may browse the website and share links to its pages. Without prejudice to uses permitted by law, copying, modifying, distributing or reusing content for other purposes requires our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully or in a way that harms others;

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be submitted to the Judicial Court of the District of Portalegre (Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Portalegre), without prejudice to any mandatory rules on jurisdiction.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
