1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small values stored in your browser. Other technologies communicate data without creating cookies. We distinguish operation and security from optional measurement of visits and performance.

2. Operation and security

This corporate website has no accounts or authentication sessions. Language is determined by the page address, without a language cookie.

The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile in managed mode and validates its token on the server, including the IP supplied by the infrastructure. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as IP, User-Agent and connection characteristics for bot detection. Creation of challenge cookies depends on the applicable Cloudflare configuration; managed mode alone does not determine their creation. We do not assign names or durations to cookies whose activation has not been confirmed.

In the Preview environment, Cloudflare Access may use its own authentication cookies with the duration defined in that configuration. These protect the review environment and are not corporate website account sessions.

3. How we remember your choice

cloudfm_consent: our own cookie storing permission or refusal for statistics, the notice version and the date of your choice. It lasts 180 days for both acceptance and refusal. It applies only to the hostname where you chose, with SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. It contains no name, email or account identifier.

It is written only when you make a choice. If deleted, expired or the notice version changes, we ask again. We do not use localStorage or sessionStorage to store preferences.

4. Optional measurement — Cloudflare Web Analytics

With your permission, the website loads Cloudflare's beacon to measure visits, pages and loading performance. It uses the browser's Performance API and sends metrics to Cloudflare. According to the provider, it creates no analytics cookies and does not follow people between websites. This does not eliminate technical communication with Cloudflare.

The script is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com and communicates with cloudflareinsights.com. Measurement is not enabled on pages with query parameters or fragments in the address, to reduce transmission of information entered in URLs. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

Measurement starts only after you accept statistics. Refusing keeps browsing and the form available. Metrics already transmitted follow the service's retention terms; withdrawing permission prevents new transmissions and does not automatically erase previous metrics.

5. Accept, reject or change

The notice provides Accept, Reject and Preferences. In preferences, statistics start disabled and necessary technologies are shown separately. You can save a choice without allowing statistics.

You can open Privacy preferences in the footer of any page and withdraw permission. If measurement has already loaded, the page reloads to complete deactivation. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Links to other websites

Links to FieldProof and LinkedIn lead to websites with their own policies. We do not embed their pixels or scripts to follow browsing on this website.
